We offer a two-year Laxwatchco mechanical fault warranty with all items sold, if you do have any issues in this time please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any problems. Repairs usually take 7-9 working days once we have received the item back. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, strap and loss of stones through wear and tear. All items are checked before dispatch for any faults or imperfections however please do contact us directly if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase or our service offered so we have the chance to rectify any problems. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will replace or refund any product according to current UK law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Should you change your mind, you have 30 days in which to notify us and return the product for an exchange or refund.
The watch must be returned in its original conditions in which it has been supplied unused with the original manufacturers watch box, booklets and the watch tag, by unused we mean that the watch is still in its original packaging with labels, and that no links or adjustments to the length of the watch bracelet have been made and the watch is undamaged and unused. Once the returned item has been inspected by one of our team members the credit will be applied to your account or a full refund will be given.The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the return of the goods, and that the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage.

Can now be returned to us by the 31st January 2019
The item must be returned in a new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

All our watches are carefully checked for quality before being shipped.
Should any defects or damages to be found upon receiving the product please notify our customer service team within 14 days via email stating your order number and the product ID.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order. If you do not receive your products ordered please contact us.
Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto you credit/debit card. Once the item has been returned our Care department will first of all assess if the item can be repaired and if so will be sent off for repair. If the item cannot be repaired then a replacement will be arranged and shipped. The customer will be kept informed of progress.
The package remains the sole responsibility of the Buyer. If a returned package is lost for example, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to instigate the claims process with Royal Mail. The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the return of the goods, and that the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage.
All of our watches are covered by a 2-year Laxwatchco warranty which matches the manufacture warranty. The warranty covers mechanical faults or breakdown only, i.e. problems with the timekeeping element (movement) which is down to a manufacturing defect.
The warranty excludes any kind of accidental damage. All our watches are supplied with a seller warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities such as vibration or dropping, are not covered under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, discolouring, crystals falling out or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.
All Work carried out under Warranty shall be completed with 2-4 Weeks. We shall keep the customer informed throughout the process. Once the item is received back there is an assessment carried out on the item which is taken place within 3 days. All Warranty work is completed out by our Authorized Repair Centre. All work carried out and completed is checked, tested and Guaranteed. Cost for returning any defect watch will be covered by laxwatchco.Ltd.
